  It's a food service industry people..Some staffs are using their phone then just grab the food and serve. Or atleast stop using ur phone in front of customers..

  Some of the same staff as when I moved out of Lloyd 4 years ago. Sometimes fast service, often slow, depends on who's working. The food is a bit below average for an A&W.

  Good example of how not to run an a&w. Stopped to get some protein in my kid before dropping him at karate seminar. Guy took my money for bacon and egg muffin. Ten minutes later i ask is that my sandwich. Lady beside me days no, I've been wating 20 minutes for 1 of those. I tell cashier i will be back later in the day for my food. Zipped thru a McDs and dropped the kid off. Came back half hour later. Lineups longer. Told cashier i was back for my bacon and egger. She said yes i remember you. Only 15 min later i had my sandwich, except it had a burnt cold sausage patty instead of bacon.i ate it and went away forever.

  Best a&w in Alberta by far . Food was well cooked and not greasy and service was excellent

  Very slow, unorganized, employees need more training, guidance and overseeing. Food was okay but not up the normal A&W standard.
