- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I rated it 5 stars so everyone would see this mesg. So my wife an I placed an order and after we picked it up an got home we realized the order was wrong. When we called we dealt with a female manager who gave me so much attitude an disrespect that I gave up trying to have them replace what they forgot. I lost a lot of respect for family pizza because of the way there manager treated us over some missed toppings and undercooked wings. The lady ran her mouth so much on the phone I didn't even want to go down there in person to get the replacement.. you lost a customer for life over this family pizza.By Shane Gordon, November 08, 2016
